Advance clock components and retain whole-day carry

Your goal: Rebuild a whole-second clock, advance its hour/minute/second components and keep rollover separate from actual elapsed time.

Full task requirements

Build E2:E10 and F7 separately. Extract original hour/minute/second; rebuild its numeric clock; use TIME on those parts plus the three forward advances for the wrapped new clock. E7 counts whole days carried by original seconds + all advance seconds. E8 retains actual seconds advanced; E9 divides that duration by 3600; E10 is signed displayed-clock change in hours, not elapsed duration. F7 joins day carry and resulting clock as Nd HH:MM:SS. Source clocks are numeric fractions within one day at whole-second precision; advances are whole nonnegative hours 0–72 and minutes/seconds 0–180. These are time-only component operations, without dates, timezone or daylight-saving duration. Preserve hh:mm:ss and the numeric values in copies.
