Compare changes in the same matched records

Your goal: Preserve record alignment, summarize after-minus-before differences and reconcile a two-sided paired test with a change interval.

Full task requirements

Enter separate formulas in G2:G8. Each A-column identity binds its before value in B to its after value in C; retain those row pairs. D2 is two-sided alpha. Report pair count, mean after-minus-before change, standard error of those within-record differences, signed t for a zero mean change, two-sided paired p, and lower/upper t interval endpoints for the mean change. Trailing rows without an identity are unused. Do not treat the before/after columns as independent groups.

Rules for this step

Select each record identity and its before/after values. The identity binds the row pair; unused trailing rows are not additional pairs.
