Your goal: Select all repeated emails in column A. Ignore capitals, include every copy, and skip blanks.

Ignore capitals: leo and LEO count as the same email. Leave blank cells and emails that appear only once unselected.

How the Excel rule works

Select every occurrence of a repeated value, including its first occurrence. Letter case does not create a different registration. Empty cells are ignored; wildcard characters are literal.
