Look up fields across a horizontal source

Your goal: Match literal identifiers across a header row and return the requested measure, preserving first-match, zero and missing policies.

Full task requirements

Enter C8 and fill C8:C11. Each A8:A11 query is a literal text identifier matched case-insensitively against B1:G1; *, ? and ~ are identifier characters, not patterns. Return the value from table-relative row B8:B11 of B1:G4, where 2 is Net amount, 3 Days elapsed and 4 Adjustment. Duplicate headers use the leftmost matching column. Missing headers return Not found, while a found numeric zero stays zero. Headers and queries are nonempty ASCII text up to 40 characters, including leading zeroes; source measures are finite numbers within ±1,000,000 and return rows are integers 2–4. Keep all source columns and request rows in place. Exact matching is explicit; the header row need not be sorted.
