Calculate rounded charges for paired records

Your goal: Map quantity, rate and adjustment together, retaining one rounded result for every record.

Full task requirements

Enter one formula in G5. For each of the eight records in source order, calculate Units times Unit rate plus Adjustment, then round that line to two decimals with half-cent ties away from zero. Return eight numeric charges as one column without headings. Keep zeroes and negative refunds; never sort a single input column separately.
