Remove blank rows without losing records

Inspect complete rows, protect formulas and values, then remove only verified blank rows as one recoverable action.

  1. Compare rows 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8: an empty row, spaces, zero, an empty-text formula, and a note outside A:E.
  2. Preview the current rows. Choose whether ASCII spaces alone should count as blank; tabs and nonbreaking spaces remain text.
  3. Apply the proposed deletion. Inspect the retained typed records and linked Audit, then use one Undo and Redo for the complete batch.

Inspect the whole physical row

A:E are record fields. F:H are also checked before removing an entire row. Formula cells, typed errors and array/merge spans are retained even when their visible result is empty. Formatting alone does not make a value nonblank.

Linked Audit results

Deleting rows can change references to those cells. This exercise checks the current linked audit after deletion and supports whole-batch recovery. Formula and frozen copies include both complete worksheets; frozen formulas do not recalculate. Native Excel edit/save/recalculation remains a separate check. No source data is uploaded.
