Draw a sample, keep the evidence, build a schedule
Generate calendar dates, clock slots and text from a growing Table →
Generate random keys, save one draw, and use dynamic formulas to select complete records or assign capacity-limited sessions. The saved keys make a chosen result reproducible.

Build the formula stages
Generate thirty live random keys
RANDARRAY spills numbers from zero up to, but not including, one. Recalculation can change these live numbers. Capture the current keys explicitly before building the report.

Confirm one draw
Live keys can change whenever the workbook recalculates. Capture copies the displayed thirty keys into separate numeric saved cells as one action. The report reads saved keys, so drawing again alone does not replace a confirmed selection. Equal saved keys use ID order as a deterministic tie-break.
Saved draw: not captured. Keys attach to source row positions; editing or reordering the roster rebuilds the report from those positions.
The open workbook stays in browser memory. Download a copy before reloading or resetting the page.
Choose the report
Unique samples stop at the pool size. Replacement mode can return the same person several times. Schedules include every eligible person once and ignore requested count; only the final session may be shorter than capacity. An empty pool returns a message and zero summaries.

Edit the current roster
These original practice records stay in this browser. Source edits form one history action and retain all three sheets. Use a current team or all teams before deleting its last record.
Inspect current cell values, formulas and saved keys
Checks verify source-bound results and reproducible saved keys. They do not test the statistical distribution or certify a secure lottery. Formula copies retain the saved draw and report formulas; frozen copies retain only values. Native Excel recalculation and save round trips remain separate verification steps.
