Region and Product together identify a pair. Repeated pairs remain separate source transactions with their own record, month, status and amount. Teaching is read-only; switch to Your turn to edit.

No supported complete Orders Table is available. Use Redo or reset the project to restore its structure.

A complete extra record is staged directly below the initial Table. Include it, then observe both dependent spill reports. Resize and input edits are actual worksheet history actions.

Inspect both reference formulas
=UNIQUE(Orders[[Region]:[Product]])
=IFERROR(UNIQUE(Orders[[Region]:[Product]],FALSE,TRUE),"None")

FALSE compares rows. TRUE in the third argument selects only combinations whose source count is one. IFERROR gives the scalar text None when no combination occurs exactly once; it does not create a two-column result in that case. A None result cannot hide other workbook errors from the complete check.

Restore the complete typed source and native Table before interpreting these reports.

Both anchors live outside Orders. Occupying a spill destination blocks calculation. Clear the blocking value or undo it in the worksheet before checking again. Copies contain the actual current Table and sheets. Desktop Excel editing and spill resizing need separate verification.
