CHISQ.DIST.RT function

Returns the right-tailed probability of the chi-squared distribution.

Syntax

CHISQ.DIST.RT(x, deg_freedom)

Square brackets indicate optional arguments.

Arguments

ArgumentRequiredMeaning
xYesThe value at which you want to evaluate the distribution.0.5
deg_freedomYesThe number of degrees of freedom.1

Try CHISQ.DIST.RT

Find the complementary chi-square right tail

=CHISQ.DIST.RT(A2,B2)

At two degrees of freedom, the probability to the right of x=2 is EXP(-1). Add it to the corresponding left-tail CDF to obtain 1.
