EUROCONVERT function
Convert historical euro-transition amounts with fixed rates and explicit rounding
Uses the fourteen currency codes documented by Microsoft: EUR, BEF, LUF, DEM, ESP, FRF, IEP, ITL, NLG, ATS, PTE, FIM, GRD and SIT. These are fixed historical conversion rates, not live FX quotations. Optional full precision defaults to FALSE; optional euro-intermediate precision is at least three. The scalar browser adapter follows the documented calculation precision, including zero decimals for PTE and GRD, and does not apply number formatting. Microsoft documentation labels intermediate precision as significant digits, while its worked examples round decimal places; the supplied examples follow those worked examples. Native Excel may require the Euro Currency Tools add-in. Modern additions to the euro area are not inferred to be supported currency codes. Native Excel and Sheets recalculation remain pending.

Try EUROCONVERT
Round a historical target to whole units
=EUROCONVERT(A2,B2,C2,D2)12.5 euros times 1936.27 lire per euro is 24203.375. The documented ITL calculation precision is zero, so the returned amount is 24203. Full precision keeps the unrounded value.
