Try IPMT

Separate interest from the second equal payment

=IPMT(A2,D2,B2,C2)

Each end-of-period payment is about 102.01. After the first payment the balance is about 200.99, so period 2 interest is about 2.01. Excel returns a negative payment for this positive loan receipt.
