Try PRICE

Discount four remaining bond cash flows

=PRICE(A2,B2,C2,D2,100,2,0)

Settlement is on a coupon date, leaving payments 3,3,3,103 per 100 face value over four half-years. Discount each payment by 1.02 raised to its period number and add them. With no accrued interest on this date, that present value is also the clean price. Rates are annual decimals; frequency 2 divides both rates into half-years. This is a synthetic fixed-cash-flow example, not a market quote.
