Price a security paying interest at maturity

=PRICEMAT(A2,B2,C2,D2,E2,0)

With US 30/360, issue-to-maturity is 180 days and settlement splits it into 90 accrued and 90 remaining days. Maturity pays 100+100*6%*180/360=103. Discount that by 1+4%*90/360=1.01, then subtract accrued interest 1.5 to get the clean price per 100. This differs from a periodic-coupon PRICE calculation.
