Ribbon · original practice scenario

Commit a value typed into a Ribbon control

In a spare workbook, put Cedar in B2. Select it, focus the Ribbon font-size box and replace its current value with 14.

Start here: A valid value has been typed into an editable Ribbon control, not the worksheet

A focused button and an editable value control are different contexts. Use a valid size; validation dialogs require their own response.

Follow these instructions in your own desktop Excel workbook. This page explains the operation; it does not send commands to Excel.
