Try AMORLINC

Read a full-period straight-line depreciation calculation

=AMORLINC(A2,B2,C2,D2,1,E2,0)

The first period spans one complete US 30/360 year. At 20%, each full period initially depreciates 1200*20%=240; period 1 is the next full period after period 0. Salvage limits the total depreciable amount to 1000. This function models a specific accounting convention; it does not establish which rule applies to a business.
