Try WEIBULL
Read the legacy WEIBULL function name
=WEIBULL(A2,B2,C2,TRUE)WEIBULL is the compatibility name corresponding to WEIBULL.DIST. The Weibull CDF is 1-EXP(-(x/beta)^alpha). With x=2, shape 2 and scale 3, the exponent is -4/9. Shape and scale must be positive. Use the modern name when creating a new formula; the old spelling is useful when reading existing workbooks.
